Nolan and Jim Catch Some Nice Crappie on Kentucky Lake

Eddie took out Nolan Mueth and Jim Bode for some down home crappie fishing!  As you can see by the pictures, Nolan and Jim both had their game face on today.  They caught them in 12 foot of water, water was 56 degrees on 1/8 oz. chartruese jigs.  Water was stained and the sky was high.  Made for a great day on the water!  See you on the Lake.

Jim Brown Busts Crappie on Kentucky Lake

Jim Brown mastered crappie fishing the past two days.  The picture on the left is 4/6 and the picture on the right is 4/7.  In both pictures he is holding 2 lb. plus crappies and limited out @ 20 both days.  He caught them in 12 foot of water on 1/8 oz. jig chartruese twisters in 63.7 degree water that was stained.  Another successful couple of days.  See you on the lake!

Jeff and Darrell have another good day!

Remember Ed's family is in town and they had another good day of crappie fishing.  They caught 24 crappie and this picture shows just how nice the crappie were.  They were caught in 14 foot of water - water was stained and around 62 degrees.  See you on the lake!

Johnson Boys Rule Crappie on Kentucky Lake

The Johnson boys from Illinois had a great day on the lake with Craig.  They caught seven 2 1b. crappie.  That's a nice slab of crappie.  They ended up with 33 crappie in all, caught on a 1/8 oz. jig head and chartruese twisters in 12 foot of water.  Water temperature was 63.2 degrees and stained.  See you on the Lake!

Mr. Crappie puts them on the Big Ones

Steve and Bill from Chicago caught some big crappie - the picture below shows four 2 lb. crappie that they caught today.  They caught a double limit of crappie - all of them was nice.  It was a great day - all fish were caught in 12 foot of water on 1/8 oz. jig on chartruese twisters.  Water temp was 62 degrees and stained.  It was another great day - See you on the Lake!

Family comes to Kentucky Lake

Eddie has family in from Ohio - and these Buckeyes caught some good crappie.  Darrell Carroll, Jr. and Jeff Bowlin from good ole Middletown, Ohio caught the britches off of them.  Melissa (wife of Jeff) is also down and she is fishing hard so we can get a picture of her.  They were fishing in about 10 foot of water - water was stained and skies were blue.  Water temperature was 59 degrees.  They have a week down here so we will show any progress. 

Phil and Dave from Chicago

Phil and Dave from Chicago had a good day on Kentucky Lake with Craig.  They caught 25 quality crappie and as you can see by the pictures one weighed 2lbs. 14oz..  They caught them in about 12 foot of stained water.  The water temp has gone up a little and it is now around 60 degrees.  See you on the Lake.

Eddie Anderson from Litchfield, KY Limits in 4 Hours

Eddie Anderson from Litchfield came to Kentucky Lake for some early spring crappie fishing.  Weather was great - maybe a little windy.  He limited out in 4 hours, catching 20 crappie on green twister 1/8 oz. jigs.  He caught them in 8-10 foot of stained water - water temperature being around 58 degrees.  See you on the lake!
